REFUND POLICY

We have a 1 week return policy, which means you have 1 week after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If product not found in good condition we have the right to cancel your refund.

 

TO INITIATE A RETURN :

    • Once your return is accepted, you can either ship the product back to our warehouse (shipping details will be shared once return request is initiated) or we can have the product picked up from your delivery address.


  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. And the order amount will be refunded into your bank account

  • Once your exchange request is accepted, we will have the original item picked up from your delivery address & dispatch the exchange item as a replacement.

    • Damages and issues

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Before putting in a negative review, please allow us to evaluate the issue and make it right.
